Description

We don’t realise the negative impact of holding onto old presumptions and prejudices. Our childhood thinking and hoarding of pain may make us feel ‘right’, but not happy.

Claudia Davimes’s thirty-five years as a therapist led her to question this need to be right. She dared herself to be wrong about a person or outcome. The freedom of owning fresh, adult perspectives brought unexpected joy. She built this freedom into her work and offered it to her clients, watching the joy spread.

Claudia Ira Davimes has worked for 35 years as a social worker and therapist in Johannesburg, specialising in adults and couples.
